At Gubalari, you’ll be served food based on traditional dishes from all regions of Norway – without cheating. Just like our playful spaces and powerful art, we’ve drawn inspiration from Ingrid Espelid Hovig, even in our culinary creations. During the day, you can choose from various dishes on the à la carte menu. Among these options is a daily main course inspired by traditional Norwegian cuisine, always priced under 200 kroner. In the evening, we offer three- and five-course meals that change from day to day, determined by the available produce of the day.
